Caroline Kinney is an actor, singer, dancer and creative artist based in the Washington D.C. area. She grew up in Leesburg, VA, where she tapped into the vibrant and thriving theatre community from a young age. As her love of theatre and performing grew, she continued to hone her skills in numerous productions; followed by college and private lessons.

Caroline is a recent graduate of the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts (NCDA) based in Washington D.C. where she holds a Certificate of Acting. While a student at NCDA—she studied Realism, Scene Study, Voice & Movement, Ancient Greek Theatre, Shakespeare, Commedia Dell’Arte, Acting on Camera, Improvisation, & Technical Theatre. During her tenure, Caroline continued her journey to develop into a well-rounded artist and was inspired to create art that can change the world.

In her desire to learn all aspects of the business, Caroline is currently employed as a Theatre Teacher at StageCoach Theatre Company located in Ashburn, Virginia. Specializing in teaching pre-teens & teens, her work at StageCoach Theatre Company has given her the opportunity to work closely with children to ensure they have a fulfilling theatrical learning experience. In the future, Caroline hopes to continue working with StageCoach Theatre Company in new and challenging ways.

Caroline is a soprano with a strong belt and has an affinity for contemporary music. She has studied voice privately for over ten years and has given numerous virtual recitals during the pandemic. She also relishes a solid acting role whether musical or dramatic and embraces variety & the challenges that presents. Frequently an ingenue, she is kind and loving yet very passionate and driven. Honest and often outspoken, she might just be part Taylor Swift and part Emma Roberts.

Caroline has big dreams and is pursuing a professional theatrical career that will also include film and television. Additionally, she has ambitions of writing, directing & producing new creative works. She loves to travel, spend time with family and is a fierce tap dancer (on demand)!
